all inclusive carribean vacations

Last year, my boyfriend and I went to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and loved it. This year, we are looking to go back to the Carribean in mid-February but are not sure where to go. We will be flying out of Philadelphia and are looking for an all-inclusive vacation package for at least 6 nights. Our budget for the trip itself is about ,000 so we’re looking for something cheap. Some destinations on our radar are: Jamaica (possibly Negril), Cancun, or the Dominican Republic. Depending on what kind of deal we could get, we want to go to Barbados or the Virgin Islands.

Any suggestions on where to go (nice but inexpensive)? And/or travel sites to get the best deals?
