This is the Iberostar on Cozumel, Mexico. Most of the vacationers at Iberostar were divers, each day the dive boat operators would pull up to the pier with their boats to gather up the divers. That means that during the day there are very few people around the resort and at night most of the divers are off to bed pretty early so the atmosphere is silent.
